Ingredients:
Coriander, Chilli, Bengal Gram, Cumin, Black Gram, Rice,
Pigeon Pea, ( Toover Dal / Arhar Dal ) Turmeric, Fenugreek,
Common Salt, Cassia, Curry Leaf, Asafoetida. |

RECIPE:
Soak 100 gms Tur Dal for 30 minutes.
Boil Dal with Pieces of Drumstick, Brinjal, Pumpkin
and onions.
Add 2 tbsp of thick Tamarind juice, Chilli , Powder,
Salt. Add 1 heaped tbsp of Kaas Sambhar Masala.
Bring to a simmer. Remove form fire. Serve.
